Our startup client, based in London requires a Senior Back End Engineer to join their mission-driven team. They built an AI-powered platform, that allows for real-time video conversations at massive scale, enabling companies to run the equivalent of 100k-person focus groups with instant AI summarisation.

You’ll be part of a small team, mostly remote —around 10 engineers—so your contributions will have a big impact on how the platform evolves. The team is made up of really experienced people.

What you will do:

• Lead architectural discussions for complex systems, ensuring robust and optimal solutions for enterprise-level demand
• Collaborate with ex-Uber, WeWork, and Amazon builders to drive innovation using Kotlin, Postgres, Kafka
• Leverage cloud infrastructure with AWS, ECS, Kubernetes, and CDK for robust, scalable solutions.
