Job Description

We are expanding our team and seeking an exceptional leader with a passion for solving complex business challenges to join our team as a Digital Practice Engagement Manager. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the Digital industry, collaborating with senior executives and leading teams to deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Oversee multiple client engagements, providing strategic direction and ensuring exceptional project delivery.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and cultivate long-term relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and thought partner.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leading proposal development and participating in client pitches.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages professional growth.
  • Thought Leadership: Contribute to the development of innovative Digital insights and solutions that address the sectors most pressing challenges.
  • Practice Building: Play an active role in shaping the future of the company Digital Practice, contributing to recruiting, training, and knowledge sharing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Track-record: 5+ years of experience in management consulting, digital, or a related field, with a demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional results.
  • Digital experience: Fluency in multiple topics core to digital strategy including agile, systems architecture, digital commerce, disruptive business strategies, technology design, experience design, process automation, cloud technologies, AI, mobile, etc.
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and quantitative capabilities, with a history of generating actionable insights and driving data-driven decision-making.
  • Outstanding Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, to a variety of audiences.
  • Collaborative Leadership Style: Ability to inspire and motivate teams, build consensus, and drive collaboration across diverse stakeholders.
  • Deep Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the digital industry, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities.
