Engagement Manager
As a global management consulting firm, we specialise in strategy, mergers and acquisitions and operations across diverse industries. A global leading strategy consultancy is currently expanding their digital and AI consulting team. This role will see you joining as a key member of the firm leading communication with C-Suite clients, managing high performing teams, and rapidly developing up into a Senior Leader within the company. You will be responsible for: Define project goals, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality, data-driven solutions on time and within budget. Mentor junior consultants, foster skill development, and create a collaborative, high-performance team environment. Structure complex issues, conduct in-depth analyses, and present actionable insights to clients and stakeholders. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in management consulting, with a track record of leading successful client engagements. Experience in key industries - healthcare, consumer goods, technology, or private equity. Proven ability to develop client relationships and contribute to business development. Familiarity with advanced analytical tools and methodologies. Education Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
