Engagement Manager
The company specialises in strategy consulting for high- growth businesses, private equity firms and corporates across a diverse range of sectors.
A rapidly growing strategy consultancy is looking to grow their technology CDD team. The firm, who started in Europe, are expanding their US operation due to high client demand and are looking to bring on an accomplished engagement manager to help lead the team, manage clients, and work with the partnership team to bring on new business.
You will be responsible for:

Act as the main client contact, define project scope and timelines, deliver data-driven insights, and ensure quality deliverables.

Lead consulting teams, monitor progress, manage resources, and provide strategic guidance to address complex challenges.

Mentor junior consultants, foster team collaboration, and promote continuous learning through knowledge sharing.

Contribute to proposals, client pitches, and identify opportunities for expanding client engagements.
Required Qualifications

Experience in one or more of the key industries, such as private equity, healthcare, industrials, or technology.

Proven track record of managing multiple projects and delivering results in fast-paced environments.

Familiarity with advanced data analysis tools and methodologies.
