The platform augments and streamlines manual risk workflows with intelligent agents that continuously monitor, assess, and act on risk signals across the enterprise. The company is an early-stage team combining professional experience from Palantir and AI engineering and research and are backed by Entrepreneur First.

You’ll be responsible for: Design and develop autonomous AI agents that can execute end-to-end risk workflows, leveraging cutting-edge approaches like test-time compute and modern LLM frameworks. Build integration pipelines within the Palantir developer platform. Implement scalable cloud-native services across multiple providers (AWS, GCP, Azure). Develop a flexible API architecture that allows our agents to interact with various enterprise security tools, cloud services, and compliance frameworks. Create intelligent data processing systems that help our agents understand and act on risk data (starting in cybersecurity) from multiple sources, using our risk quantification models to inform decisions. Help with other aspects of web development including the implementation of our web app. Work directly with co-founders to shape technical architecture and engineering culture. Help build, lead and mentor the engineering team as we scale.

Required Qualifications Strong software engineering background with production experience in modern tech stacks Expertise in AI/ML systems, particularly LLMs and autonomous agents. Experience building cloud-native services and distributed systems. Proficiency with React and modern frontend development. Track record of technical leadership in fast paced environments. Strong understanding of API design and data integration patterns. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Degree in Computer Science or related field from a leading institution.

Preferred Experience: Familiarity with Palantir Foundry/AIP. Experience with risk management, security or compliance domains. Knowledge of probabilistic modelling and quantitative methods. Background in building production AI systems. Understanding of enterprise software integration patterns.
