Key Responsibilities:

 

• Develop and deploy machine learning models to extract and structure unstructured data from various sources, specifically within the insurance industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Utilize Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance data processing and analysis.
• Continuously optimize and improve existing machine learning workflows and models.

Must-Have Qualifications:

 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a computer-related field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Engineering, AI, ML, Computer Science).
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of post-graduate experience in Data Science, AI, ML, or a related field, with at least 1 year specifically in the insurance industry (Insurtech experience is preferred).

 

• Technical Skills:

 

• Proven experience with document extraction techniques and deployment of models to process unstructured data.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).

 

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

 

• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services.
• Proficiency in open-source programming languages such as Python, R, Java, or Go.
