Founding Engineer – London to San Francisco (relocation)

We're looking for a Founding Engineer to start in London and relocate to San Francisco in early 2025. You'll join a Founding duo that are building AI agents to scale creator marketing for consumer brands.

You'll work directly with the Founding team to:

• Build autonomous marketing systems using agentic AI
• Develop browser-based agents and data ingestion pipelines
• Work with multimodal LLMs for unstructured data processing
• Create automated feedback loops for continuous product improvement

Requirements:

• 3+ years in software engineering, with strong proficiency in a server-side programming language.
• Deep passion for AI: you’ve worked on projects or explored AI applications extensively.
• Proficient in working with data pipelines, especially messy or complex datasets.
• Bonus: Experience as a founder or within startup environments.
• Familiarity with Python, LangGraph, LangSmith, and cloud platforms like GCP.
• Enjoy solving technical challenges related to data feedback loops and scaling data infrastructure.
