The Role As a UI-Focused Full Stack Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of building interfaces that make our autonomous agents feel intuitive and powerful. You’ll take complex algorithms and data flows and turn them into seamless, polished experiences for our users. What You’ll Do Design and build responsive, accessible web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript Create intuitive interfaces that make complex opportunity matching effortless and engaging Develop full-stack features connecting frontends to AWS RDS databases, ensuring smooth data flow and performance Build and maintain scalable web applications deployed on Kubernetes infrastructure Collaborate closely with AI engineers to translate complex algorithms into actionable user experiences Optimize application performance across devices and platforms What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of production experience building React applications with strong UI/UX sensibilities Proven expertise with Next.js (App Router/Pages Router, SSR/SSG, API routes) and TypeScript Full-stack capabilities: connecting frontend applications to databases and APIs Proficiency with SQL and AWS RDS (PostgreSQL/MySQL) Experience with modern CSS approaches (Tailwind, CSS Modules, Styled Components) Knowledge of containerization and deployment practices, ideally with Kubernetes Understanding of responsive design, web accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience What Will Make You Stand Out Experience with AWS services (RDS, ECS, Lambda, CloudFront) and Kubernetes Contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio of web applications Experience in startups or fast-paced product development environments Passion for AI/ML applications and translating complex algorithms into user-friendly interfaces Why Join Us Be part of a team redefining how professionals access expertise, with the chance to shape the product from the ground up.
