The Role
We’re looking for experienced Forward Deployed Engineers with deep expertise in Palantir Foundry to work directly with customers on high-impact, real-world products.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll take ownership from problem definition through to production delivery, building solutions from the ground up and ensuring they are fit for purpose.
You’ll collaborate closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex requirements into scalable, production-ready systems.
Key Responsibilities

Work directly with customers to scope, design, and deliver Foundry-based solutions

Build end-to-end solutions across backend, ontology, and frontend

Develop and deploy pipelines, data models, and workflows in Palantir Foundry / AIP

Translate business and operational needs into technical architectures

Own delivery from initial discovery through deployment and iteration

Act as a trusted technical partner to customer teams
Required Experience

Proven experience in a Forward Deployed / customer-facing engineering role

Strong hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry (including ontology)

Experience building solutions from scratch for customers

Comfort working across the full stack within Foundry

Excellent communication skills and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders

Able to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
