Founding Engineer Requirements: • Computer Science degree with exceptional trajectory; 2025 graduates acceptable if they have 2–3 strong internships during university. • Backend-leaning engineering skills with AI/ML capabilities; proficiency in Python and TypeScript. • Evidence of exceptionalism and competitiveness—examples of caring about winning and achieving standout results. • Long history of coding despite young age; demonstrated passion for building and shipping software. • Experience working with AI (ideally LLMs) in some capacity, ideally at an AI-focused company or through significant personal projects. Preferred: • Experience with Next.js, TypeScript, Python (FastAPI), and PostgreSQL; familiarity with C# is a plus for legacy enterprise integrations. • Exceptional internships at a combination of quant firms, startups, or big tech companies. • Quantitative background with strong AI/ML focus, even if software engineering skills are still developing. • Experience integrating with enterprise systems (ERPs, CRMs) and building autonomous systems. • Avoids overly specialised domains like bio/healthcare in favour of broader AI applications. Funding and Growth: • Company has raised pre seed funding from Entrepreneur First and is currently raising $3 4M in their next round in the near future • Despite being only 2 3 months old, the company has signed its first two customers with 6 figure contracts, achieving $300k contracted ARR. • Product deployment is scheduled for the next 6 8 weeks (November 2025), with strong market interest evidenced by numerous demos and customer excitement about the solution.
