Job Title: Project Manager – LIMS Implementation
📍 Location: Clayton, NC (100% Onsite, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm)
⏳ Duration: 12 months contract (with potential extension based on performance)
💲 Rate: $75 - $80 per hour – W2 only
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). This role is critical to ensuring smooth integration and adoption of LIMS across key building operations, including Clean Utilities (CUB), Finished Product testing, Active Pharmaceutical product and materials testing, Warehouse, and Quality Control.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end implementation of the Global LIMS system.

Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.

Develop and deliver training and execution plans for static and end users.

Ensure project milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met.

Collaborate with stakeholders to support operational excellence in LIMS adoption.
Requirements

Proven experience in LIMS project management.

Strong background in managing complex system implementations.

Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.

Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Pharmaceutical industry experience is advantageous but not essential.
